  • Founder

    Registered Massage Therapist

    Registered Yoga Teacher

  • Lindsay has been passionate about health and wellness since she was an athlete playing competitive volleyball in Florida since junior high. She quickly realized that a body that feels good creates a positive environment for the mind to feel good too. She cultivated this passion and studied physical education and biology in university before realizing she wanted a career that she could directly help and motivate people to make that same mindbody connection within themselves.

Lindsay studied Massage Therapy at Humber College and has been practicing in Hamilton for over 8 years, treating a wide breadth of clients that range from complex chronic pain syndromes to pre-natal and even children dealing with anxiety.

She also obtained her yoga teacher training in New Zealand in 2018 to further her understanding of the mindbody connection and how breath and meditation are essential tools that can directly link you to your body and where it is at given any moment.

You will find she is quite the anatomy and physiology geek and loves educating clients on how their body was built and how to move it the way it was designed. In her spare time when she isn’t nerding-out to all things health and wellness, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, crossfit, baking, and all things homemaking.

  • Lindsay is available Mon - Thurs, 9-3pm.

She is not accepting new patients at this time. If you are a returning patient, please email the clinic directly to request a booking.

  • Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying

  • Emily describes herself as a “passionate advocate for personalized and holistic mental healthcare.” Psychology has always been Emily’s passion. Since she was young, she knew that she wanted to work in the mental healthcare field and help people feel better. As a therapist, Emily focuses on supporting people feel more aligned, connected, and emotionally regulated. She believes that therapy is about connection, exploration, and reflection. She has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, identity-related issues, and family dynamics. Emily pulls from a range of theories, using evidence-based tools like acceptance-and-commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), while also integrating mindfulness and nature-based approaches. Emily believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and works with her clients to find what works for them and their unique needs. Emily’s approach is influenced by her motto, “we will keep exploring until we find what works for you!”

Emily brings her warm personality to the therapy space and values the relationship between therapist and client. Her ultimate goal is to help people live a more authentic life that feels good.

Outside the therapy room, you might find Emily on a nature trail, soaking in sunlight and fresh air, and learning about new plant species. She also enjoys camping, travelling, trying new food spots in Hamilton, practising yoga, and going to the gym.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Behaviour from McMaster University, and a Master of Psychology in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School.

    Certified Personal Trainer

  • Ryan draws on his massage therapy education as well as his personal training experience to develop a balanced approach to pain management. Ryan believes that no one deserves to live in pain, and with the proper intervention and education, you too, can live a pain-free life.

Ryan has always had a passion for everything health and fitness. He obtained his first personal training certification back in 2017, and it was here that he discovered that his true passion lay in the treatment and prevention of injuries. In attempt to further educated himself, Ryan then studied Massage Therapy at Mohawk College, later graduating with honors.

Ryan will admit that while Massage Therapy can work wonders, sometimes the addition of strength training with passive therapy can be the missing link in your rehabilitation. He also continued education in concussion management.

When he is not working, Ryan can be found in the gym, spending time with friends and/or family, or playing guitar.
